We’re Luke and Angie, and Nebula Coffee is our joint project. We've been amateur astronomers for around five years, practising the hobby at clubs and at home. We've been obsessed with coffee for a good while longer, too.

The two fit together better than you'd think. Both reward patience and late nights, and both are about getting a tiny detail just right. That’s what pulled us into roasting at home: small batches, one coffee at a time.

This is where we share both, the coffee we roast and the photographs we take. Mostly, we hope it nudges you to look up now and then.
