It started with a telescope, a bag of green beans, and a dangerous amount of free time. Turns out staring at the sky for hours pairs surprisingly well with obsessing over roast curves.
Neither hobby is quick. Neither is cheap. Both are completely worth it. Welcome to Nebula Coffee.
My names Luke and I've been an amateur astronomer for 5 years or so now properly, and always been passionate about coffee!
It occurred to me that counterintuitively the two actually go pretty well together — you want to stay awake at night to enjoy the dazzling skies and not much beats a perfectly brewed V60, which led me down the rabbit hole of home roasting...
I hope to share my passions with you and that you enjoy the coffee I roast, the pictures I've taken but most of all to remember to look up at the skies whenever you get a chance!
